Job Description We are currently hiring for Claims Case Manager roles. As a Claims Case Manager at GROW, you will:
Ensure claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take place. Claims Case Management: Accountable for accurate management of own claim portfolio, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and adherence to business rules, life code, SIS Act and super code regulations. Quality Assurance – Take ownership to maintain the highest level of quality for your claim work items and collaborate with your leader to address any identified quality gaps. Incident Management - Ensure incidents are reported within SLA timeframes to your leader and when requested assist with incident remediation. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Provide subject matter expert (SME) input for SOPs and ensure all SOP actions are completed within agreed timeframes. Complaint management – When requested, provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271.
