This award-winning national business delivers diverse projects across a number of segments of the construction industry. Due to significant recent demand, the group now seeks an experienced Insurance Building Assessor to join the company's Insurance Repair arm, based in metro Melbourne.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will attend jobs in metro Melbourne to determine the scope for repairs. Assessing what is and is not covered as insurance repairs, you will deliver assessment reports and work with trades, pricing jobs in an accurate and timely manner.
With prior experience in an Assessor or Estimator's role ideally gained in the Insurance building industry, you will be well-organised, proactive, and professional. You will be good with people, able to multi-task and prioritise, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced role with autonomy.
