Insurance Broker - Assistant Broker - in the Eastern suburbs A great opportunity to demonstrate your broking experience and be part of a fast-expanding insurance brokerage in Melbourne.
We need a very good support/broker assistants.
Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years' commercial insurance broking experience.
You will work in a fast paced insurance brokerage.
Duties Working with two insurance brokers to:
Processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, return premiums, etc.Maintain client files in a paperless office environment.Create client invoices for their insurance programs and managing client debtors.Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years insurance broking experienceMust be able to process on Winbeat & Sunrise and e-file documents on OrganiseIT or OfficetechQualities Be committed, enthusiastic and pro-active.Team player qualities working towards a common goal.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Have initiative and be a problem solver.Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.This role is in our Eastern Suburbs office, in Mulgrave.
