What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in Business Development/ Account Management in General Insurance Broking
Portfolio: SME clients
Skills: Strong communicator with top-notch relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Certifications: Must have Tier 1.
Mindset: Positive, Nimble and adaptable, ready to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Role Focus: 50% sales (all warm leads) and 50% service.
