Core Role Responsibilities: Responsible for helping to maintain client insurance programs and relationships with both clients and insurers through:Providing accomplished advice and services to clients and professional risk submissions to marketMaintaining a connected and trusted relationship with clients, colleagues, and underwritersAdherence to and exceedance where possible, of client services agreement objectives and KPI'sResponsible for collaboratively working in the execution of the renewal and/or inception of client insurance programs, including assisting in:Client risk identification, analysis, optimal transfer solutions designPreparation of comprehensive risk submissions to marketAccomplished negotiations with market to achieve best possible client outcomesCompliance with lawful and leading broking practicesResponsible for fierce client advocacy and prompt facilitation of CRE client claims including management of systems and processesRole Purpose: Embody and champion the CRE cultural values of:
