YOUR ROLE This is a great opportunity to join our Strategy, Planning & Governance team within Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). Your unique contribution is to lead strategic planning development and renewal for RIA, ensuring RIA maintains an integrated plan that coherently aligns with the strategy.
You'll be leading the development of the 3-year strategic plan, including alignment of major strategic priorities with the RIA Leadership Team (RILT), supporting the division to assess the value-at-stake for each major priority, including scoping, sequencing, and collaborating with RILT, direct reports, and business SMEs.
This role will identify and propose resolutions to RIA-wide planning issues that require endorsement from RILT, support strategy development and/or targeted strategic problem solving across 'high-stakes' topics for RIA, and provide guidance to the EM, Strategy Execution to support capability building of agile delivery best practices in key portfolio forums.
This is a permanent role open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne). ABOUT YOU Experience working at a leading strategy consulting firm with a focus on large-scale transformation preferred. Extensive expertise consulting with and/or working at large, complex, matrix organizations. First-class problem-solving toolkit - comfortable working with ambiguous, undefined problem contexts, with the ability to lead analytical and conceptual problem-solving with a wide variety of stakeholders. Extensive experience in influencing, managing, and presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders, from executive teams to line managers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver against the standard required for an executive audience. Applications close Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 23:59pm AEST.
