An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our CTP team in Sydney which is headed up by Henry Silvester.
The team handles matters from simple to major and catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes, strongly contested damages claims, fraud and recovery claims.
We are recognised for looking ahead to autonomous vehicles which are expected to have product liability elements.
The Successful Candidate We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience and attributes: - Previous insurance (preferably CTP) experience; - Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service; - Strong communication skills; - Ability to mentor junior practitioners; - Ability to manage own file load autonomously; and - Enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
