Our client is now looking to appoint a new and pivotal member to their Insurance practice on a permanent, ongoing basis.

About this role...
In this role, you will work closely with a well-regarded & approachable Partner on a range of litigation matters in the areas of professional indemnity and public liability . You will also be working with some of Australia's largest insurers.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Analysing and strategising claims; Drafting all necessary court documents; Drafting advices; Liaising with clients, barristers and opposing solicitors; Appearances in Court and with clients at mediation; General daily management of your files/litigation. About you...
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years post admission experience gained within insurance law ; A strong professional approach with a client service focus; Excellent advocacy and communication skills, the ability to prioritise task work, display initiative, fine attention for detail and a proven history of meeting or exceeding client expectations.
