Our client is now looking to appoint a new and pivotal member to their Insurance practice on a permanent, ongoing basis.

About this role...
In this role, you will work closely with a well-regarded & approachable Partner on a range of litigation matters in the areas of professional indemnity and public liability.
You will also be working with some of Australia's largest insurers.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Analysing and strategising claims;Drafting all necessary court documents;Drafting advices;Liaising with clients, barristers and opposing solicitors;Appearances in Court and with clients at mediation;General daily management of your files/litigation. The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years post admission experience gained within insurance law;A strong professional approach with a client service focus;Excellent advocacy and communication skills, the ability to prioritise task work, display initiative, fine attention for detail and a proven history of meeting or exceeding client expectations.
