What the day will look like This role supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.
You will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients with various Brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on a smaller portfolio autonomously.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Providing quality and proactive support to various Client Manager / Regional Leader on an existing book of clientsWork directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasksCreate fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon's Go to Market strategyBuild strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholdersHandling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing, as well as responses to day-to-day queries from clientsManage a smaller book of own clientsActively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunitiesActively support utilization of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvementSkills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience:
Experience in a similar role or within the insurance industryStrong client relationship management capabilities or demonstrated experience building rapportFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spiritEye for detail and quality whilst working under pressureEagerness to grow a career in insuranceTier 1 Qualification and/or passion for building basic insurance technical skills including willingness to learnBachelor's degree and/or relevant working experience preferredHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
