Provide administration support to our Insurance BrokersEntry level role – ideal for graduates, school leavers or return to work candidatesHybrid role - work from home and the officeInsurance Administration Support The Insurance Administration Support is responsible for various insurance client service support tasks including administration and outstanding customer service to our internal teams and commercial clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office.

What the day will look like Your day will be busy with administration and client servicing, which will be the key to your success!
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reportsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceHow this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title. Skills and experience that will lead to success This role will suit someone who has strong attention to detail and administration skills and is client service focused.
Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification (highly regarded)Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailCompetent with Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelOngoing training and mentoring will be provided, to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.
