Insurance Administration Support - Construction Hybrid role – work from home and the office Residential construction and domestic building insurance Support a growing portfolio with renewals, endorsements and other Insurance Broker duties Full training provided The Opportunity We are seeking an Administration Support to join our Melbourne HIAIS Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for residential construction clients including manufacture and suppliers. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to kick start or grow their insurance career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What The Day Will Look Like Provide a high level of client service to industry professionals Assist the Senior Broker with the day to day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements and domestic building insurance Maintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholders Upsell and cross sell of relevant insurance products for an existing portfolio Communicate with customers via phone and face to face meetings and through timely action of clients requests Skills and experience that will lead to success Our ideal candidate will be passionate about client service delivery and have an interest in either establishing or growing their insurance broking career.
Additionally you will relate to the following:
