Provide administration support to our Insurance BrokersClient Service administration Hybrid role - work from home and the Aon officeFlexible work arrangements Insurance Administration Support The Insurance Administration Support is responsible for the administration of various client service support tasks, pertaining to our clients insurance policies. You will support a team of Brokers with their client accounts. If you have strong administration skills, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your career with a global firm, we would love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office. What the day will look like You will work in a dynamic environment processing insurance administration documentation. Responsibilities: Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including endorsements, certificates of currency, drafting quotations and reportsAssist with Claims lodgements and administrationProvide administration support to our Insurance Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsManage key stakeholder relationships with Client Executives, Client Managers and InsurersHow this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
