The Services available in our new private hospital include orthopaedic, cardiology, ear nose and throat, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, gynaecology, general surgery, vascular, rehabilitation and oncology/infusions. Facilities also include 3 operating theatres, a day procedure unit, oncology/infusion unit, a cardiac catheter laboratory, and a rehabilitation gymnasium.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE Reporting to the NUM GOR at St Vincent's Private Hospital Werribee, this exciting opportunity is now available for an Enrolled Nurse or Instrument Technician CSSD to join our team on a full time or part time basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Preparing instruments and consumables for operating lists Work with team members to ensure clear communication with key stakeholders Able to work autonomously to ensure the smooth running of the operating lists Opportunity to work full time or Part Time. It is essential that the successful applicant has the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self Direction Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A basic understanding of operating room procedures and/or willing to learn. Ability to show initiative and work collaboratively as part of a team.
