• Maintain awareness of training delivery calendar by developing classroom agendas, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to end users.
• Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge.
• Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional services.
• Provide status reports, issue identification and problem solving.
• Conduct and/or participates in formal walk – through of training materials, revises content, ongoing course development, as necessary.
Working conditions Canberra based Full time permanent NV1 clearance is required What will make you successful in this role?
5 years in Instructional Design Knowledge of Defence Learning Processes , the SADL, and ADDIE processes Graphic design experience Video editing skills Online lerning platform experience Defence experience Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
