The Instructional Specialist - Coordinator 3 position is a promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

About You As an Instructional Specialist - Coordinator 3 , you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to: create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.
demonstrate exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective contemporary pedagogies demonstrate an understanding of differentiation demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff with highly developed interpersonal skills possess strong verbal and written communication skills display an ability to plan and organise workload to achieve objectives exhibit skills in change and conflict management with peers You will have attained: a tertiary qualification in Education eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
