Position Highlights The successful applicant will focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximizing student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant, and holistic curriculum that is student-centred, flexible, and challenging. This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025. The Instructional Specialist - Coordinator 3 position is a promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

Create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students.Demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies.Utilize formative and summative assessments to drive student progress.Employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.Support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students.Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being.Integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.Demonstrate exemplary classroom practice, utilizing a range of effective contemporary pedagogies.Demonstrate an understanding of differentiation.Effectively communicate with parents, students, and staff with highly developed interpersonal skills.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Plan and organize workload to achieve objectives.Exhibit skills in change and conflict management with peers.You will have attained:
