About the EY Sustainability Disclosure Hub:
The EY Sustainability Disclosure Hub offers practical guidance to assist companies across the region prepare for mandatory reporting of climate and sustainability-related reporting. Headed by Oceania market-leading financial and non-financial reporting professionals, the Sustainability Disclosure Hub brings together EY capability locally and across the globe.
In this role, you will be accountable to design a simplified and impactful learning experience for those who need to understand the new Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) and the New Zealand Climate Standard (NZ CS). The primary purpose of the role is to program manage this key initiative in Oceania, which includes identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and introducing evaluation methods for effectiveness.
This opportunity is offered on a 12-month contract.
Some of your key tasks include:
Create a 2-year learning plan
Collaborate with the SD Hub leadership and other SME's to create a range of learning solutions that are modularised so we can build a catalogue of solutions
Create learning personas to help our team understand what is available to them
Utilise your instructional design experience, review any current state learning that is available and identify what needs to be refreshed or replaced
Utilise data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with other TD pillars
Facilitate on various learning and development training as required
What we're looking for:
Demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and influencing skills with senior/executive level stakeholders
Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across business and teams in a highly matrixed organisation
Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles for content/program design and development
An interest in Sustainability is preferred
Demonstrated experience in delivery of large, complex projects to diverse audience
Strong program management skills including project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required.
Agility and ability to plan and deliver work in line with market disruptions and evolving organisational changes
