Instructional Designer

The position will be focused on developing classroom instructional facilitator guides and presenting to frontline field workers as well as other corporate users. Successful candidates will have experience working in an agile and mobile environment. Strong Sharepoint and Video creation experience is required.Key Responsibilities:Write and design training materials to train end users in new systemPresenting to a range of different end usersMultimedia creation (quick reference guides, eLearning, lesson plans and training manuals)Collaborate with Change Team as well as TrainersPrepare induction manuals taking into account the new ways of workingWorks in an agile, fast paced delivery environmentEssential Requirements:5+ years of designing and developing online and/or blended learning in corporate sectors and operational environmentsKnowledge and experience with common Learning Management Systems.Must have experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Suite and Camtasia3 days on siteAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
