Your expertise in curriculum development and stakeholder management will contribute to the success of learners by fostering their growth and development through well-designed and impactful development initiatives.
Your role will include:
Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention and application.Working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify target audience's training needs.Designing and developing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.Developing the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.Maintaining project documentation and course folders.Who we're looking forThis is a two-year fixed term opportunity that would suit an experienced and creative Instructional Designer who has worked with technical SMEs to design and deliver engaging learning initiatives. Key to your success will be your ability to:
Collaborate with SMEs to listen and quickly understand technical concepts.Take a learner-centric approach to deeply understand the diverse range of your target audiences and effectively communicate these to a diverse range of stakeholders.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify training gaps, tailor solutions, and adjust as required.Be innovative and proactively drive change and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in responding to/escalating issues.Previous Experience: Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.Lesson development and curriculum planning skills.Articulate Rise and Storyline experience.Don't tick all the boxes?
