They are committed to leading and supporting the delivery of high quality personalised learning and teaching embedded in the Catholic worldview. The Instructional Coach, reporting to the school Principal and Head of Learning and Teaching Support, collaborates with other members of the school leadership team to facilitate meaningful and effective working relationships between teachers and CSPD support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to improving student outcomes.
The opportunity We are seeking a skilled Instructional Coach to be accountable for leading and learning, through collaboration, instructional leadership, supporting evidence-based practice and a commitment to their own learning. This role affirms coaching as a critical vehicle for developing and maintaining the professional capability of teachers, enabling them to maximise their positive impact on student learning outcomes. This position will attract 2 coordinator points.
