Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our ever-growing commercial team. This role involves the installation, technical support, service, and repair of our proprietary dispensing systems and hardware assets. As Harcher's South West Service Representative, you will work at both Harcher's premises and our customers' facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities Install and maintain dispensing systems and hardware assets. Conduct diagnostic reviews, repairs, and replacements as needed. Provide technical support to customers and staff. Adhere to company policies and procedures during installations and repairs. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Service Technician or handyman is beneficial. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Training
While prior experience is advantageous, Harcher provides comprehensive internal training on our systems and equipment, ensuring you are fully equipped to perform your role.
