We are seeking skilled and experienced Installers to join our team. As an Installer, your primary responsibility will be to assemble and install fixtures, fittings, and equipment in retail and commercial spaces. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure installations meet specifications, timelines, and the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities Install and assemble fixtures, fittings, and equipment as per design plans and project specifications. Lead on-site teams, guiding them on daily tasks and workflow. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and take accurate measurements. Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Coordinate with project managers to schedule installations and maintain seamless workflows. Use hand and power tools efficiently to achieve high-quality results. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation challenges effectively. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for. What We're Looking For Experience: Proven experience in fit-out installations or similar roles. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Tools: Must have your own set of hand and power tools. Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and in teams. Driver's Licence: A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required. Flexibility: Availability for work across metropolitan and regional locations.
