About our Opportunity This role is the conduit between our customers, our manufacturing and our installation and glazers team in the field, with the responsibility of coordinating the installation of our products. You will be a part of a professional and close-knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. In this fast-paced role, you will need to be confident with customer interactions, at times managing challenging conversations and troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings to improve the customer experience and meet the customer's requirements.
In addition, you'll:
liaise with production in regards to the completion of productsschedule installation dates in line with production dates and customer needsliaise with customers in regards to the delivery and installation of productscoordinate day-to-day activities of installation contractorsprepare documentation for installationsAbout you We're looking for a team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment, who is agile, methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of the installers working in the field and customers. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. We're looking to leverage your experience in customer service and administration where you have previously arranged appointments or time scheduling.
