Attractive remuneration package, including vehicle Exciting market-leading national company Southeastern Melbourne THE ROLE… Reporting to the Installation and Warranty Manager, the Inspector is responsible for onsite inspections, maintenance and customer liaison Within this role you will be trusted with the following: Inspecting floors on owner-occupied homes and ones still under construction Minor repairs and supervision of some repairs Quality audits Writing reports and marking up of plans YOU… You will demonstrate your experience and proven track record as an inspector in the building industry.
Other skills and experience includes: Carpenter qualification / construction experience (White card) Drivers licence Have the qualities of a trusted adviser, one that can create value and offer a superior service Highly motivated and self driven Have a strong understanding of the Residential building industry Well-developed time management and reporting skills Technologically savvy BENEFITS....
