Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Liaising with clients & customers Word processing, data entry, scanning & filing Collection and return of keys for properties to office Complete reports using the property management system and thoroughly photograph/video the properties Ensure photos are uploaded to database Managing advertising and open for inspections/ingoing and outgoing/routine inspections General administration and administration support for the Company Director & Team Leaders Skills and experience To be successful for this position you will also need:
Previous Leasing or Property Management experience highly regarded High standard of computing skills required; Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) Excellent time management Customer Service Orientated Accurate Data Entry Highly reliable and flexible where necessary An ability to take directions and follow through on tasks Excellent phone manner A motivated and career minded attitude Outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Neat and presentable appearance Must have Agents Representative Certificate Drivers license & own vehicle required Ability to speak, read & write in Chinese Mandarin (Not a requirement, however favorable) If you're looking for a full-time role with the potential for growth and a chance to work in a supportive and dynamic company, we want to hear from you!
