Inspector

We are proud of our people and our work. Stornoway has an excellent opportunity for an Inspector to join our Roads crew in our North-Western division on a full-time basis. The role will undertake civil asset maintenance, inspection and logging of defects, and other activities as required.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following mandatory attributes:
General Safety Induction White CardA current Australian Driver's (C) Class LicenceTraffic Management ticketRights to Work in AustraliaPrevious experience in the civil asset construction and maintenance industryRelevant other tickets such as First Aid/CPR, chainsaw operation or skid steer loadingHeavy Combination (HC) or Medium Combination (MC) LicenceExperience identifying and fixing defects on roadsStornoway prioritises a focus on safety, excellent communication and an ability to take pride in your work. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a comprehensive pre-employment medical, and may be required to undertake further training and tickets if they do not already hold them prior to starting.
