The Candidate:
As a Inspections Officer, you'll conduct all routine, entry and exit inspections across the mixed rent roll of residential properties and developments. Your responsibilities will include: -
Tenant communication Manage and coordinate all routine, entry and exit inspections Respond promptly to tenant emails and inquiries Liaise tenants and owners in regard to inspections Maintain accurate records and reports Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have:
Background in property management or task based property management role Must have prior property management experience and real estate registration/license Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
