Dual role/duties across leasing and inspections - depending on the level of experience duties may vary  Leasing mainly north of the river properties & arranging and conducting home opens  Advertising listings online  Process and submit all tenancy applications  Conduct a manly routines with some finals and pcrs at adhoc times  Enjoy being out and about, on the road whilst working autonomously  The Criteria   Must hold a real estate registration & valid driving license  A team player attitude and accountability Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload and dairy  High attention to detail, organizational and communication skills Please contact Nikki White and Emily Chown @ Gough on 0412 783 223 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
