Job Description The Agriculture team are looking for a full time Inspections Coordinator to join the team.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in the grain industry and can join the team either in Perth or Adelaide.
Responsibilities include however not limited to: Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer expectation and compliance requirements.
To ensure that customer TAT's for the issuance of certificates are achieved.
Maintain the SGS back-office systems (SGSonSITE, BOSS and SIR) as well as job registers, inventory registers and sample registers.
Invoicing and back office administration duties Testing grains in accordance with local and international standards Assist to minimise turnaround times and improve service delivery.
Qualifications Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and database usage is essential.
An understanding of Agricultural (particularly grain) supply chains.
Previous experience in export, import customs documentation and environment.
Previous client relationship management experience is desirable Working knowledge of and experience in the development and management quality assurance and safety management systems Current drivers licence (car) Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
