About the Role:

This is a position to join a strong Property Management division with a local based portfolio in the Eastern Beaches area. Monday to Friday you will be supporting a fantastic Property Management team.
You will be responsible for:

Respond to potential tenant inquiries via emails & phone calls Process applications Conduct open for inspections & private inspections Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups ingoing & outgoing inspections Conduct reference checks for potential tenants Ad hoc Property Management administration duties The Candidate: A passion for Real Estate A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License/Car is essential Strong attention to detail both written and verbal Fantastic attitude and excellent presentation You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed This role is urgent!
