Insolvency Manager HLB Mann Judd Insolvency WA, a leading insolvency practice in Perth, is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join our dedicated team.
This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage formal insolvency engagements, including voluntary administrations, creditors' voluntary liquidations, small business restructures, and bankruptcies.Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Engage in business development activities to expand our client base and enhance service offerings.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards throughout all engagements.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.4+ years of professional experience in restructuring and insolvency.Working towards, or membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or Certified Practising Accountants (CPA).Demonstrated ability to manage complex insolvency cases and lead a team effectively.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.If you are a proactive professional with a passion for insolvency and restructuring, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
