WHAT'S THE WORK MIX Working alongside approachable Partners and one of the best mentors in the business, you will work on some of the most significant complex litigation, insolvency, and banking & finance matters on a national and international level.
If successful, you will work directly with a range of clients across relevant industries and can expect to handle complex general litigation matters; restructuring transactions; debtor and creditor disputes; and insolvency proceedings.
WHO IS THE IDEAL LAWYER The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PAE (applications considered up to Junior SA Level); General Commercial Litigation and/or Insolvency experience from a recognised specialist, mid or top-tier firm; and an ability to draft clear and commercially-oriented advice.
