Position Summary
As an Analyst at RSM within our Restructuring and Recovery division, you will work across a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and turnaround engagements that includes personal and corporate insolvencies.
In this role, you will be expected to assist in the day-to-day administration fieldwork and restructuring tasks under the supervision of more senior staff while you work towards further qualifications including CA or ARITA.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of receipt authority, payment authority and day one investigation letters and statutory formsConduct investigations on assigned engagementsAssist with trade on of a businessStock take of company goodsPreparation of reports to ASICAssist with preparation of letters of demandPrepare reports to creditors and other stakeholders with statutory informationDraft correspondence and act as main point of contact for correspondence to creditors, employees, directors and other stakeholders on engagementsAssist in realizing assets of the company or individualAnalysis of company financialsEssential EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Business / Commerce degree with Accounting MajorLaw degree with interest in InsolvencyDesirable Commencement of CA or equivalentEssential DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES: 1-2 years in a similar roleStrong Communication SkillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamDesirable Strong analytical skillsLife At RSM:
