The role
We have a unique, and newly created opportunity for an Insights & Data Manager to join our Office Marketing & Customer team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for building a wholistic understanding of customers across all segments ensuring that 'customer first' is at the heart of our decision making. You will be responsible for brand, customer and commercial objectives whilst enhancing the overall customer experience.
The role works closely with the Leasing Marketing and the Customer Experience Teams in addition to the Asset and Development Teams.
What you will be doing Championing the customer by creating insights to inform strategy and enhance the customer experience. Using data to implement new customer focused initiatives. Leveraging technology to develop a single source of truth and a wholistic understanding of our customers. Building customer insights and research frameworks. Developing customer reports and dashboards for data visualisation and analysis. Assisting with creating communications programs that are informed by customer insights. Setting up tracking tools to ensure key metrics are achieved. What makes you stand out Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience in data lead insights, research methodologies and data visualisation. You will have a proven ability to interpret data to create actionable customer insights.
You will have a proactive and collaborative mind-set, while bringing energy and experience to the role. Your curiosity and customer centricity will ensure a 'customer first' mindset in all you do.
Moreover, you will be proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems.
