About the role and you:
SEN is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Strategy and Solutions team in the role of Insights & Research Coordinator (Melbourne) reporting directly to the Insights & Research Manager.
This role would suit an insights strategist skilled in sourcing, interpreting & effectively communicating audience/consumer data in media and digital.
The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who is keen to share ideas, continuously looks for better ways to tell audience data stories and can collaborate in a team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has enthusiasm for analysis and is confident interpreting complex data.
The role includes ongoing internal and market-facing reporting, providing detailed audience and market analysis to the Executive and Sales teams, training staff to interpret audience data and assisting the sales team with building strategies to connect brands with our audience.
The main duties include: Aggregating, analysing & communicating audience data for all SEN platforms – radio, TV, digital & socialInterpreting audience data and communicating success stories across the businessProviding strategic insights, data and research for client solutions and campaignsConducting online surveys with our audienceDemonstrating our audience's relevance for new and existing clientsRequired Experience: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)A passion for data and analysis with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsMinimum 1-2 years experience using Google Analytics, eRAM, Roy Morgan Asteroid or Qualtrics Research CoreAbility to take complex data and create meaningful insightsIf this sounds like you, apply today to be considered for this exciting opportunity!
