How can you make a difference to heart health?As the Insights Analyst (Regular Giving) you will maintain the Raiser's Edge donor database with accurate information about regular givers and supporting programs to maintain and grow this group of donors. We want your data and reporting skills to provide the Regular Giving team with visibility of, and insight into, the people making recurring financial gifts and their behaviours (single giving frequency and amount, upgrade/downgrade to recurring gifts, etc). By doing this you will play a supporting role in the growth of the Heart Foundation's regular giving program.Responsibilities

Import regular giving donor data into Raiser's Edge, and export data from Raiser's Edge to form input sources for other systems or business processes.

Prepare data for engagement activities (upgrade, reactivation) based on the behaviour of our regular giving donors.

Develop and manage reports/dashboards across regular giving donor programs, as well as provide support for ad hoc analysis requests.

Provide post program analysis reports and recommendations to the business.

Use and develop tools/automated processes to efficiently manage data and maintain/improve its quality.

Please refer to the position description for further information about the role.Let's talk about youTo be successful in this role you will have:Raiser's Edge experience (queries, exports and queues)

Experience with a for-purpose organisation, ideally a charity.

Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in information management.Demonstrated experience preparing and loading data into a database, with an ability to manage and improve data quality.Experience transforming and manipulating data for business purposes, with an ability to analyse information needs and design effective solutions.Experience with reporting/visualisation principles and toolsEstablished organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.Experience managing relationships with a wide and diverse range of internal stakeholders.Why work with us?We're committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises, inclusion and the wellness of our employees.
