To realise our vision we need an Insights Analyst to work across delivering actionable data-driven recommendations, measuring the impact of various initiatives, and identifying opportunities to support Temple & Webster's roadmap and strategy through data. This role plays a pivotal part in collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing essential insights, and championing data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

What we're looking for
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Drive strategic initiatives by partnering with diverse teams, leading projects that transform data into actionable strategies Deliver data-driven recommendations that empower teams to shape their strategic and operational journeys Define and track critical metrics to ensure precise alignment with strategic goals Conduct extensive analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning Harness vast category, customer and transactional data to provide key insights to stakeholders Initiate proactive projects within and beyond the Data & Analytics realm Collaborate with Data Engineering & BI teams to create automated dashboards and uncover new data opportunities What you already have Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential Develop insights through strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by commercial acumen Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Experience in leveraging and analysing category, customer and transactional data Ability to create dashboards that clearly convey results and outcomes A curious mindset, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are vital Desirable Skills Experience with Tableau, Big Query,  GCP environment and Clickstream data Proficiency in building data models and conducting experiments, including A/B testing Additional benefits Amazing culture Competitive salary Generous employee discounts across our entire range Flexible working arrangements Paid leave on your birthday Paid parental leave Catered lunch 3 days a week Subsidised coffee with our very own in-house barista Free mindfulness practice daily Regular celebrations and team socials Opportunities to volunteer with our charity partner View our current vacancies: templeandwebster.com.au/Careers
