The Insights Analyst analyses data to interpret trends, shifts and perceptions, identifies what we should be measuring and monitoring, and provides the data and insights to our organisation partners to help inform decisions and support service delivery and continuous improvement.About YouYou will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role with experience in collecting, integrating, standardising and optimising varied data sets. You will also have experience in presenting and communicating data to a range of audiences, with the ability to communicate analytical techniques and results in an easy-to-understand manner and bring insights to life through range of different communication mediums.In addition, you will have:Highly developed written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills.Experience in the use of corporate information and customer feedback; data systems, survey and analytical platforms such as Qualtrics or similar.Experience in Power BI or similar resource to present organisation wide data (desirable but not essential).Incumbents in this position may be required to possess, or be willing to gain a National Criminal History Clearance or DCSI Clearance.The Playford Employee ExperienceIt's important to us that you are the right fit to join our team, but it's just as important that Playford is the right place for you.
