Through your passion for data and consumer insights, you inspire marketers of leading companies in Australia.You are responsible for contributing to marketing research and consulting projects based on extensive quantitative and qualitative market research data, working closely with other Insight Managers and Directors across our offices.This role will focus on a single client which is a leading client for our business in Australia. You will be working as a part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to working on this well-established client relationship. This is a client facing role and perfect for someone who wants to build an intimate knowledge of working with one of Australia's largest brands.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties:
Initially, your focus lies on data analysis and full reporting: based on gathered market research data, you conduct analysis and contribute to creating insightful reports that support our clients in their strategic decision-making process.
You work closely with an Insight Manager who will coach and train you directly as you work both with our client and a range of internal support teams based in Australia and overseas.
Part of this role will also teach you the principles of project management – ensuring the client is kept informed and across developments whilst also handling internal support teams to make sure that projects run smoothly to time and budget.
Depending on your interest and evolution, you will be involved gradually in the complete set-up, organisation, and execution of market research studies.
You will build experience and gradually become responsible for key stages of project and delivery development
You will gain experience and knowledge in a broad range of marketing domains, both within the projects you are involved in and within training. The focus of this role will centre around understanding consumer attitudes and perceptions of brands and advertising.
You will be supported in developing your own client relationships, and in due time you will build more autonomy to manage those relationships more independently

Qualifications:
Education levelA bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, commerce or economics). A specialisation in Marketing or Communications will be an advantage
ExperienceNo prior research experience required. Experience in a business, brand or comms field will be an advantage
EnthusiasmA passion for research and a willingness to learn.
