With close to fifty years of market share, the solutions team focuses on office automation solutions including print, Microsoft solutions inc telephony as well as internet connectivity.As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will oversee a team of inside sales representatives, provide guidance and support to help them meet sales goals, and collaborate with Regional Managers and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team of inside sales representativesSet sales targets and monitor team performanceDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growthCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales effortsProvide training, coaching, and mentorship to team membersNurture an existing client baseDevelop and follow an outlined script and advertise our products via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest.Work with your team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimise hold times throughout the sales process.Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with.Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose, so you can confidently up-sell our customers to compatible products.Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emailsMaintain and expand the Sales Force CRM database of prospectsClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasJob Skills & QualificationsRequired:Proven experience 5+ yearsExperience in building an inside sales teamStrong leadership and motivational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in Salesforce tools and reportingThe manager you will report to is known to be one of the best in Australia, you will be busy every day making a sincere difference to customer success and satisfaction.
