THE WORK: You will have the exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert in Sales Pursuit Management. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
Respond to inbound customer queries regarding product and service information Identify upselling opportunities from customer conversations Provide customer service support and clarify customer needs Recommend new products, packages, upsell, and cross-sell products or services Track and record information to manage and optimize opportunities To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 1 year experience in an Account Manager or Sales role. Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising campaigns to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform. Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and performance advertising is a strong advantage. Analytical skills that enable you to draw insights, identify improvements, and assess campaign performance. Focus on delighting SMB clients by driving the right advertising product adoption for the right client. Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience. Sales aptitude; exhibiting ability to empathize with customers and meet targets. Ooze consultative selling and customer empathy all the time. Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly.
