We are looking for a goal oriented and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales Team.
The Inside Sales Representative position provides great opportunity to grow with a well-established, rapidly growing Home Services business.
The purpose of this role is to drive sales by providing information and problem-solving solutions to customers, in a professional and friendly manner.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound phone calls, direct sales, lead generation, message delivery, data capture and growing the business by providing top level customer experience and converting conversations into revenue.
The Inside Sales Representative will have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Top candidates will be highly consistent and motivated self-starters, genuine, and be a strong active listener.
This will be a highly visible role within the organization and will report into the Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound follow up and cold calls and emails.Prioritize leads and follow a thorough sales process.Understand customer needs and requirements.Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.Learn and maintain industry specific knowledge.Key Requirements: Two years' experience in sales.Outstanding phone skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Previous CRM & VoIP experience preferred (e.g.
