And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Role Overview:The Inside Sales Account Manager in Professional Services (PS) is responsible for working on sales territory alongside a designated PS Sales Representative. This includes sales to new or existing F5 product customers and building positive relationships with F5 Channel and Distribution partners. This role typically requires 2+ years of previous relevant account management experience and familiarity with the Channel model. The role can be based either in Sydney or Melbourne.What you will do:Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers.Be detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services.Upsell and spontaneously offer additional products and services.Research accounts, identify key personnel and generate interest.Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.Close Sales while meeting/exceeding sales goals.Coordinate with PS Sales Representative to identify and manage lead/opportunity through sales process to closure.
