Key responsibilities include: Drive Business Efficiency: Lead and streamline data processes to reduce costs, improve access to information, and enable faster, more accurate reporting.Deliver Advanced Analytics: Build and maintain cutting-edge analytics platforms to support innovation and data science initiatives.Subject Matter Expertise: Define and implement best practices for data management, including real-time, predictive, and cognitive analytics.Team Leadership: Manage the Analytics and Data team, champion data governance, and promote the adoption of cutting-edge analytics technologies and tools across the organisation.Business Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions and optimise costs.Continuous Improvement: Enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of data and analytics services to meet evolving business needs.Successful candidates will have: A degree in Information Systems or a related field—or equivalent experience. Post Graduation degrees/Certifications in Data Science, AI, or Business Analytics are highly regarded but not essential.Experience in leading and managing a team of analytics and data professionals.Skills in designing and implementing data and analytics solutions using tools like SAP, Azure, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. We're open to candidates with experience in comparable systems.A passion for leveraging AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies to solve real-world problems and deliver value.A focus on fostering a supportive, inclusive team culture and empowering others to thrive and grow.An ability to analyse complex challenges and develop tailored, actionable solutions in dynamic environments.Familiarity with data governance, reporting, and analytics tools—or a willingness to learn and apply new technologies.This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
