Job Title: Designer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for developing designs that reflect the client's requirements and comply with budget constraints.
Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct site visits and audits for proposed sites to ensure compliance with regulations and client briefs.Create presentations that align with client briefs and showcase design concepts.Develop space planning solutions, including changes to existing plans, while adhering to Australian Standards, DDA guidelines, and company standards.Liaise with estimators to develop furniture and fittings budgets in line with client and company budgets.Provide input into concept development, ensuring selections comply with company standards.Design finishes boards and concept image files for presentation to clients.Maintain accurate records of files and follow established filing procedures.Ensure work meets quality expectations and implement corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with the head designer and site foreman to inspect construction sites for quality control purposes.Perform independent defects inspections or conduct them with a Senior Designer.Benefits:Work alongside a highly successful team that provides support and collaboration.Enjoy exclusive discounts on top brands.Receive a competitive salary based on experience.Pursue a full-time ongoing opportunity with opportunities for growth.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture.A minimum of one year commercial experience.An essential combination of connect design, design development, and documentation experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D work expertise.About inOne ProjectsAt InOne, we prioritize quality without compromising cost.
