Your Impact The Innovation Specialist supports, develops and executes a market leading pipeline of products in a defined category that fuels our goal of over 50% of total company NSV growth from innovation.
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute the process of project development by partnering with Innovation Managers and stakeholders across multiple functions.
Key Accountabilities Support a long term innovation engine that operates productively and efficiently – allowing creative ideas to travel from concept to commercialization to maturity.Manage and oversee the DMI budget to deliver all innovation projects.Facilitate cross functional teams to deliver projects through the formal gate and gensight process.Co-ordinate cross-functional teams at different stages of development: identifying key opportunities, ideation, concept exploration, design and commercialization.Lead selective innovation and renovation projects on a category of brands (this may include core brands and/or NTW).Support the ideation, scope, alignment and design of concepts in partnership with internal and external stakeholders (customers and agencies).About You You are a proactive individual who promotes a welcoming culture of ideas, comments, challenge, collaboration and has an appetite for risk.
Solid experience in brand management or a commercially led function.Business case oriented with project management skills.Cross functional experience (Sales, Marketing, Finance).Strong communication skills.Potential skill in consumer insights and/or ideation.Strong analytical and commercial skills.High degree of personal accountability and follow through.Why Asahi?
