The Innovation Sales Development Manager will primarily focus on generating and delivering new business opportunities for all Opal Business units via the effective utilisation of the resources in the Opal Creative Team.
The role will include:
Target strategic customers as defined by the Strategic Sales team, utilising the resources of the Opal Creative team to drive and develop new business opportunities based on innovation that leads to Opal winning new business.Develop customer engagement plans that drive new and innovative/creative business opportunities at strategic customers.Deliver innovation insights that are tailored to the specific customer needs.Identification and management of innovation projects which have a measurable financial contribution to the Opal Business Unit.Manage key stakeholder expectations (Customer, Opal Business Units) with Opal Creative Team.Discover Yourself This really is a diverse role requiring someone who is energetic, self-driven and super keen to get involved in anything and everything! Of course, you will also have some critical skills & experience such as:
5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in a creative agency.Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with designers and copywriters.Excellent relationship management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong presentation skills (verbal, presentation, ideations).Self-starter with strong personal drive to get things done.Sound like you?
