How can you impact Ventures? Working in an agile squad focusing on innovative Health and Wellbeing products and services as an Innovation Analyst joining Ventures, you will be the primary coordinator and communicator across the squad's product delivery.
As someone who enjoys being hands-on in their role, you will provide oversight of all sprint activities from planning to go-live. You will be the single point of contact across the entire squad for any digital design & and development requirements, and approvals, and ensure a steady flow of productivity through the sprint cycle to ensure that the scope and timing of each sprint cycle are adhered to.
This role is a 12-month contract Lead the delivery of all the venture squads' digital projects and products using Agile methodology Build a strong and effective working relationship with the key business stakeholders and inspire and empower internal and external customers to become advocates. Ensure that all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage Manage the collaborative short and long-term planning processes for the ventures team from ideation, through to prioritisation against the capacity and capability of the team. Responsible for the digital delivery pipeline to align the product roadmap and business/customer priorities. Facilitate required sprint ceremonies and other beneficial meetings. Thoroughly understand the customer needs and how the product will satisfy those needs to describe, prioritize, and communicate the requirements that really matter and answer all related questions. Who are you? A jack of all trades and someone who enjoys working in ambiguous environments, you will have demonstrated experience within innovation or venture environments as an analyst/BA/Product or Scrum role.
A big-picture thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, you will have extensive experience in delivering key projects autonomously, drawing on your creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Highly commended for your interpersonal skills, you excel at building rapport and fostering communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Anything else? Expertise in human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices Ability to uncover and understand technology requirements and capabilities. The ability to identify opportunities and action initiatives in a timely manner. The ability to deliver strong results and ensure information is effectively communicated to key stakeholders and actioned.
