We are looking for a motivated Business Continuity Analyst to take the lead on crafting and developing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks while helping this business strengthen their operational capabilities.
Be part of an exciting growth phase in an organisation committed to fostering talent and resilience. Focus on developing BCP frameworks , with particular attention to critical operations and standards like CPS230 .
What You'll Do Build and maintain comprehensive BCP and disaster recovery plans , complying with key regulatory guidelines like CPS230, CPS232, and CPS190 . Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and protect critical business functions. Partner with business leaders across various teams, aligning continuity strategies with organisational goals. Create and oversee testing programs , managing everything from desktop scenarios to live exercises to validate the effectiveness of plans. Deliver training programs designed to empower employees with the knowledge and skills needed to respond confidently to disruptions. Provide leadership during actual continuity events , coordinating incident responses and recovery efforts. Who We're Looking For A BCP specialist with strong foundations in operations risk and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you're from the Big 4 or other industries (Superannuation or FS preferred) and can bring valuable BCP experience, we'd love to hear from you! Adaptability, open to new challenges, and hungry to learn—even if you're still building your expertise in specific areas like CPS230. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stakeholders are essential.
